FaxAgent interfaces with IP-enabled PBX or voice gateways to process fax transmissions. FaxAgent is plugged directly into the customer's Ethernet network to pick up and process calls via SIP or H323. Administrators and users access the system via web browser to manage profiles and configure server options.
