FaxAgent interfaces with standard telephone lines to process fax transmissions. The phone lines plug directly into the FaxAgent hardware. Administrators and users access the system via the web browser to manage profiles and configure server options. Built-in integration toolkits can be used for out-of-the-box support for any back office application with database access or web service API.
