How does FaxAgent integrate with Microsoft Exchange?
FaxAgent integrates with Exchange through native LDAP interfaces.This allows direct access to users directory information. Software does not have to be installed on the Exchange server. Secure LDAP queries allow the FAxAgent system to provide users with fax services. IT administrators can fax enable users without making changes to mission critical exchange servers.

FaxAgent supports the following Exchange configurations: Microsoft Exchange 5.5 Server in a Windows NT domain, Microsoft Exchange 2000 running in a Windows Active Directory Domain, Microsoft Exchange 2003 running in a Windows Active Directory Domain, Microsoft Exchange 2007 running in a Windows Active Directory Domain, Microsoft Exchange Titanium running in a Windows Active Directory Domain.
